The YKSL type graphite synthesis furnace product has gained recognition in the industry
After years of improvement and research and development, the YKSL graphite synthesis furnace has undergone comprehensive enhancements and developed two effective patented technologies, which have significantly improved the technical performance level of China's three-in-one furnaces, especially in terms of unit capacity and reliability.
Among them, the furnace head and top cover are cooled by liquid, and the entire inner and outer walls of the synthesis cylinder are cooled. The long-pull rod spring assembly is adopted. The "O" ring seal is used between the shell and graphite parts, and special designs are adopted to ensure the uniform distribution of absorption liquid on the absorption block... These structural improvements have improved the overall performance and reliability of the furnace. The patented technology for uniform distribution of absorption liquid effectively protects the graphite synthesis cylinder, laying the foundation for improving production capacity and maintaining production under harsh conditions; the patented technology for "enhanced heat transfer" further improves the reliability of the furnace cylinder.
Therefore, the YKSL graphite synthesis furnace improves overall performance and reliability. For example:
Note: 1. The data in this column is from samples of the 1990s from the German company SGL. The outer diameter of its synthesis furnace tube is not an integer, hence it is marked as 400+ and 500±

In October 2002, the YKSL120t/d furnace (D0830) used by Baling Petrochemical produced a total of 4,950 tons throughout the month.
4. Jiahua utilizes a 250-ton/day three-in-one hydrochloric acid furnace. This furnace was awarded the "Technical Progress Award for Anti-Corrosion Achievements in the Decade of 1986-1996" by the China Chemical Anti-Corrosion Technology Association in February 1997, as well as the "National Anti-Corrosion Science and Technology Progress Award for 1997-2001" and the "Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Anti-Corrosion Technology Association for 2002-2003".
In May 2004, Pakistan's SITARA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, which was already using seven French furnaces and two German furnaces, selected our furnace, which was successfully ignited in one attempt in January 2005. Subsequently, the company ordered one more furnace in 2005 and two more in 2006.
On January 5, 2006, the "China Chemical Industry News" reported in its industry report titled "China's Anti-Corrosion Industry is Rising" that our "three-in-one graphite hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace" not only achieved advanced levels in both the volumetric acid production rate and the cross-sectional area acid production rate of the furnace tube for domestically produced graphite materials, but also significantly improved the effectiveness and reliability of the furnace.
